Shipping Methods

Electronic Delivery By Download

Orders are generally completed and available for download within 15 minutes after submission. Once your order is complete and your map(s) have been produced you will be sent a confirmation email including download details. When your order is complete you can download the product by clicking on the "download" link on the order page. (Log in to "My Account" and go to "Order History",

Please note that output files are stored for 14 days only. If files have not been downloaded after 14 days they are deleted and you will have to re-order your maps.

Planning Packs(Printable), Orthophotography, Land registry, Historic(A4) and Wind mapping

Aerial/Orthophotography, Land Registry, Planning Packs(Printable), Historic Mapping(A4) and Wind Maps are delivered electronically in PDF format by download. Maps delivered in PDF Format are locked and CANNOT be edited. More about PDF format can be found here:http://www.adobe.com/pdf/

Digital Planning Packs

Digital Planning Packs are delivered electronically by download in DWG or DXF format as a vector product or TIFF format as a raster product.

Electronic Delivery By Email and Postal Delivery (within the Republic of Ireland only)

Environmental Reports

Environmental Reports can be delivered electronically by email or by post. There is an option to select whether you want your environmental report delivered by email or post in the checkout process. Orders are normally processed and posted/emailed within 2 working days.

If you choose email delivery, your Environmental report will be delivered electronically by e-mail in PDF Format. More about PDF format can be found here: http://www.adobe.com/pdf/

If you choose postal delivery you will receive your map in Paper format by post.

Historic Mapping(AO size)

Historic Mapping(AO size) are delivered by post. Orders are normally processed and posted within 2 working days.

Please Note: The charge for posting and packaging is €9.99 on all orders for postal delivery.

How do I download my map?

Maps can be downloaded logging in to "My Account" and clicking "Order History". If you click on the order, there will be a download link if order is complete. Click on this and save your maps as they are deleted after 14 days from our system.

What if my map fails to produce/download?

If your Environmental Report does not arrive within the time specified above or if you have any trouble downloading any Orthophotography Map, Wind Speed map, Planning Pack(Printable) or Land Registry Compliant Map that you have purchased, please Contact Us quoting your order number.

What if my package is not delivered?

Postal orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Why can't I get my order delivered by post?

You cannot order a map online to be delivered by post. All mapping ordered online is delivered electronically (with exception to the Environment Report and A0 size Historic Mapping).If you wish to purchase a map and want it shipped to you by post please contact our Customer Service Dept and they can put you through to the relevant sales dept.
